We partner with a commercial laundry facility and can arrange the pick-up and delivery of linen so that is ready for the next guest. The same facility has a dry-clean service for your curtains and soft furnishings should that be required

Cleaning & Presentation is just the beginning, we buy necessary consumable items, have linen laundered, maintain the property, electrical & plumbing requirements, we can manage your property. We are happy to do as little or as much of the running of your property as you require!

A while ago, we had a bad experience as a landlord in the property rental market and were dissatisfied with the service we were provided. We moved to SA and started with a Cleaning Franchise cleaning residential properties and Medical Rooms. As our clients got to know us they asked as to do more (eg, water plants, check on their property during their holidays or clear the mailbox)

We then started servicing B & B properties that had been posted on accommodation sites (eg AirBnB, Booking.com) These properties also required more of a hotel presentation approach. Change beds, have linen laundered, buying supplies for kitchen, bathroom, cleaning or a welcome basket.

Then the maintenance requests started coming in. So, we began to fill the need: to fix a door hinge, change light bulbs & sourced various contractors to install an air conditioner, hard wire an alarm, advise on bathroom renovation and the list goes on!
We manage your property and tailor a package to meet your needs, we understand the stress that can come with B & B’s or rental properties and we are there to lighten the load!
